A BIG DEAL.COM
A Big Deal is the world’s commercial real estate source and an online commercial property exchange. Commercial real estate professionals who become ABD members first add their properties into the ABD database. Those property listings can then be viewed by the general public when determined by the commercial real estate agent. The listings are also searchable for convenient access but real estate professionals have a great deal of flexibility in determining what information is displayed to the public and other subscribers.
INTERNET DATA EXCHANGE (IDX)
Commonly known as “Broker Reciprocity”, IDX give MLS Participants the tool they need to display each others' listings on their Internet Web sites. The main benefit of IDX is the lead tracking tools, improving the Realtor’s means to obtain and maintain first contact with future buyers.

This reverse MLS system acts as a database of buyers -- allowing Realtors to enter a variety of pertinent information relating to a homebuyer's search. This system is designed to help Realtors organize, track and search buyer information in one convenient place.
