TransactionDesk: A to Z Students must have their Login ID and Password to access TransactionDesk Customizing TransactionDesk, creating and working transactions, collaboration, working with forms and documents, digital signings, etc. 1 day
TransactionDesk – Just the Basics Students must have their Login ID and Password to access TransactionDesk Using TransactionDesk to create and manage your real estate transactions. 3 hours
TransactionDesk Train-the-Trainer Students must have their Login ID and Password to access TransactionDesk Day 1: TransactionDesk: A to Z from the instructor’s perspective. Day 2: Classroom network set-up and troubleshooting, adult learning principles, student instructor demos, and certification testing. 2 days
Outlook 1 Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Setting up and using Outlook as an email client. Server settings, formatting, archiving, etc. 3 hours
Outlook 2 Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Setting up and using Outlook as a contact manager. Importing and working with contacts, scheduling, etc. 3 hours
Intro to Microsoft Publisher Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Fundamentals of desktop publishing. Creating and linking text boxes, inserting and formatting images, etc. 3 hours
Intro to PowerPoint Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Creating, modifying, and conducting presentations. Outlining, inserting images, working with slide backgrounds and layouts. 3 hours
Intro to Excel Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Identifying and formatting parts of a worksheet, basic formulas, importing data 3 hours
Word 1 Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Fundamentals of word processing. Formatting, cutting, copying, pasting, etc. 3 hours
Word 2 Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Using Word to do mass mailings. Creating a master document, using and creating databases 3 hours
Word 3 Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Using Word to create flyers. Inserting and formatting text boxes, WordArt, images, etc. 3 hours
Windows 1 None All about the Windows environment. Parts of a Window, the Start menu, the Desktop, Control Panel, etc. 3 hours
Windows 2 Students must have some knowledge of Windows Working with files and folders. Organizing the Windows environment. Back-up operations 3 hours
Intro to Networking Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Fundamentals of creating a home office network, both wired and wireless. Basic intro to TCP/IP 3 hours
Intro to Digital Photography None Fundamentals of using a digital camera. Camera components and settings explained, etc. 3 hours

Exploring Today’s REALTOR® Technology None Evolving a technology business plan using means of communication, accessing and interpreting real property data, contact management, forms, transaction management, mapping/GPS, safety and security, software and hardware. 3 hours
TransactionDesk Overview None An introduction to this powerful transaction management platform. 90 minutes
"I get WHAT for free?" None An introduction to all of the web-based member services provided by FAR and REIS, including FAR.org, the Florida Living Network, IDX/Virtual Customer Management, etc. 3 hours
